Check-In: Between 4:00 PM and 2:00 AM (next day)

Check-Out: By 11:00 AM

For your convenience, we use a lockbox system. A few days before your arrival, we’ll send you your unique access code, so you can check in at your own pace without needing to coordinate arrival times.

Garbage & Waste Disposal

Guests are kindly asked to follow the local garbage collection timetable provided inside the apartment. If your check-out day does not align with the collection schedule, we will take care of it for you. Please ensure general tidiness before check-out.

Cancellation Policy

We follow the same cancellation policy as our Airbnb listing:

Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking.

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.

50% refund if cancelled 7–30 days before check-in.

No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.

Payment Information

Guests are responsible for any transfer fees charged by their bank.

Additional Information

No minimum nights required — book the stay that best fits your plans.

Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (out of respect for neighbors).

No smoking inside the property (balcony/terrace smoking permitted).

Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
